This is a 5-day training course for adult educators/trainers from each of the participating organisations. This training allows participants to have a deeper understanding of the key technical and human considerations involved in creating online courses, preparing to lead course development with confidence.

From 12th to 16th of June (2023)

Online teaching for Adult Educator, Gulbene (LATVIA) 12th – 16th June 2023

The third meeting took place in Latvia, from the 12th of June to the 15th. All the participants met in
Gulbene. This meeting was the occ
asion to do a summarize of all the activities done so far by
the different member, it enabled an exchange of experiences, good practices
and all the chapters wrote. Thanks to
this summarize, it was possible to discuss the next steps and to plan the needs for the final report.


This meeting was the occasion to focus on different workshop on online Teaching for Adult Educator
such as:

  • Collaboration work and platforms; development of a strategic plan for an onlinecourse;

  • Identifying, assess and apply learning management tools and systems;

  • Applying the principles and methodology of instructional design;

  • Creating engaging content;

  • Conducting a needs assessment;

  • Timing, scheduling, delivery models.


This meeting was also the opportunity for the participants to discover Latvia through
a road trip from Gulbene to Riga, the capital.
