Project

The main objective of the project is to improve the educational activities offered to adults by partner organisations by developing their digital education practices/methodologies and staff skills.

The specific objectives are to develop the specific competencies of adult educators in the design, implementation and delivery of online courses for adult education.

Three courses are planned during the project, one in each of the participating countries. The participants are adult educators. The courses explore topics such as technologies and new media used in online course development, instructional design tools and universal design for learning principles. The third course is dedicated to developing the skills of adult educators to facilitate online courses.

The main tangible result of the project is the development of a toolkit with practical tips for the transition to digital education which also includes 9 innovative methods of digital adult education. The other outcomes are the development of skills of staff of participating organizations to plan, deliver and facilitate online education, as well as capacity building and development of participating organizations.

QUESTIONNAIRE

Before we started working together on this project, a questionnaire was posed to our partners to assess their familiarity with digitalization and to identify the digitalization requirements within their respective associations.
